Favorite Places On 30A
Yesterday my co-pilot Gidget and I stopped by one of our favorite places in Seagrove, Clay Gardens, Gifts and Blessings http://www.clay30a.com/. When they opened in 2012, we lived across the street and we would stop by weekly, watching the place transform and spend any extra cash there to make our patio a beautiful escape.
My favorite gift I received this year was from my former neighbor/second mother. It is a beautiful hanging Hibiscus, that shares it magnificent blooms everyday. Crazy we met because of Clay Garden, she had purchased a large pot and needed assistance getting it out of her trunk and we have been friends ever since.
This trip we picked up a few herbs, tomato plant and a new bird house, I just love and plan to hang it in my new retreat area I am creating .
We also took home a sweet poem they had posted.
Wake up early
Chase a cloud
Water the garden
Laugh out loud
Now that is the way to start your day, we haven't been chasing clouds but plan to start. Usually it is watching Gidget chase a squirrel or a bird, while watering the garden, which always ends up laughing out loud.
Stopped by sometime and check them out and let me know what treasures you find.
