Eastern Lake New Construction Opportunity
Eastern Lake is a unique area that is just two miles east of Seaside and Watercolor and five miles west of Alys and Rosemary. It has similar vibes to Grayton Beach cozy, convenient and often overlooked. There is a mix of dirt roads and paved roads. Some large new construction builds and some quaint small lake cabin type homes. The beach access is more private than many on 30A. There is not much parking and there is not any huge developments right there. It is mainly walked to by the homes in that little pocket.
Finding a large lot with close proximity to the gulf is getting harder and harder to do anywhere on 30A. Also the prices of lots and new construction are continuing to rise. The listing below is an example of a good opportunity to have a lot and home package that both the lot and the home are winners. Also for the level of build quality and location and size of the lot you get an excellent value if you can wait through a build. I have worked with people who wanted a home they could walk into now, but realized to get what they wanted building new was the route they would have to take. Time flies especially fast when you are under contract or in a build. I would say to people who want to walk in a home today that they should be open to other often better opportunities and different outcomes that they can get with a new build.
