Days On Market Interesting Facts For 30A
Days on market is a topic often brought up by buyers I work with. 30A is a second home market so it is a little different than the primary market across the country. Every home is its own situation but in many cases where you see high days on market there are a few common factors. Often the homes are paid for with cash or paid off completely. Also the home is probably producing rental income. Another point is it is a want more than a need and not driven by moving in or out of town for a job.
