Yesterday I went on a Realtor tour of homes. We saw many amazing homes and views. I was quite surprised when a WaterColor home was my favorite, I grew up in the country so I need room to breath. This home was not a typical WaterColor home, it is more on the modern side, great style and 77 feet of coastal dune lake.
Since I love, love, love movies, my favorite space, the theater room with all the works. Second favorite, the open space to the kitchen, living and outdoor oasis was amazing.
The kitchen is very spacious, a big plus since everyone one wants to gather there and seating at the glass top bar for those that just like to sit and take everything in around them. The kitchen cabinets are amazing, they were designed by Poggenpohl, a German company established in 1892 with a goal ‘to improve the kitchen’, I believe they have accomplished and surpassed that goal.
Third favorite thing, the custom glass barn doors for the laundry and exercise rooms.
