There are 3 agent tours or caravans that happen monthly on 30A. Not many agents go on them. Also 30A Local Properties has our own tours. I usually try to make them. I occasionally get video clips or pictures if I have someone who has interest in a specific home I am getting in that day. You can view better pictures on the mls though. I go on the tours to see and feel what you can not online. So when you call, email, or save a property on my site there is a chance I have been through the home. I like writing contracts more than I like writing blogs. Similarly I am still working on my video content haha. Anyways, here is a short clip of some of the last area 17 tour.
