A native Floridian, Eric Davis, graduated from Broward College and earned a degree from Johnson & Wales University in Miami. He started a successful business, specializing in Personal Chef services, from Miami to Santa Rosa Beach Florida.
Eric decided to pursue his entrepreneurial spirit in a community where he could better raise and provide for his family.
Eric’s exposure to real estate began early as both his parents were involved in real estate, operating one of Hollywood’s largest commercial real estate businesses. Eric is an avid outdoorsman, with a passion for fishing, hunting, and surfing.
Eric loves meeting new people and the serenity of the South Walton area, which is a perfect place for culinary experiences, friendly people, and a spectacular scenic coastline.
