Jan is a native Tennessean who fell in love with the area while vacationing here. She and her husband Bill moved to Seagrove Beach in 2007 to have their little piece of paradise. They agreed that leaving family would be hard but living at the beach would guarantee a houseful of guests. “We love living on 30-A.
