Image titleOur Area is full of things to do ALL YEAR ROUND~

The Gulf Coast, at one time, was a place for people to enjoy the sun and beach during the spring and summer months. The times have changed and our community has flourished with exciting cultural events,  year round celebrations and annual traditions we locals look forward to.

This picture is Luke and Oleia, my babes, blowing bubbles at the Gulf Place Christmas Event. Everyone was there, even Santa and Mrs. Claus stopped by! It was a huge turnout, full of christmas spirit! And when you're dreaming of a white christmas... our powdery white, pristine, sandy beaches look just like a blanket of fresh fallen snow!

Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year to you and yours, from all of us here at 30A Local Properties!
