My company,  30A Local Properties has just made this very interactive, personal to each agent, website available and I'm excited to use it! This website will help me share my local area, send listings out and advertise properties into homes and viewers not currently reached by just the MLS.  It also keeps me as an agent staying in touch with the current trends with the use of Facebook chat, texting and so much more!  This is such a great tool for Realtors and can make the difference in the sale of your house!

Being a 30A Local agent means so much to me. Kyle and I take pride in this area we call home, it has magic all around. From the Gulf with its obvious beauty, to the Bay with its fishery and old Florida charm. This unique area is so special to me and my family and I look forward to sharing some of its beauty with you.  CONTACT JACKIE
